Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Bracelet, rudraksha pendant, necklace, and yantras once used or worn.
• Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
• Customized or energized/spiritual items (if applicable).

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement:

• Replacement will be provided for wrong item sent or manufacturing defect, subject to availability.

Important Notes:

• Unboxing video is recommended for damage or wrong item claims.
• Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
